HDRI Software License Agreement
Please read the following Software Licence Agreement ("SLA") carefully. You must agree with the terms and conditions stated in the agreement before using the LightWorks HDRI Starter Collection (the "Software"). This SLA is a legal agreement between you the user ("User") and LightWork Design Limited ("LWD"). Carefully read the following terms and conditions before downloading or using the Software. By copying, downloading, installing, accessing or using the Software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this SLA. If you do not agree to the terms of this SLA do not copy, download, install, access or use the Software. 1. Grant of Licence LWD grants to the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right and licence to use the Software or a copy of the Software subject to the terms and conditions hereof. The Software and any copies made and/or distributed are subject to this licence. Your licence confers no title or ownership of the Software and should not be construed as a sale of any right. 2. Authorised Use A separate licence for the Software must be obtained for each user regardless of whether the use is concurrent or separate. This means that the Software must not be loaded onto a network unless a licence has been obtained for each user able to access any portion of the Software on the network. The Software must not be loaded onto a single computer that is accessible to more than one person unless a licence has been obtained for each user who accesses the Software on the computer. The User shall only be entitled to use the Software with a third party application program that contains LightWorks rendering functionality. The User is specifically not entitled to modify, adapt, translate or disassemble the Software or extract any raw data from the Software or circumvent security features of the Software. All images or works created using the HDRIMaps HDRI files (CarWash-SkyDome-FREE.hdr, CarWash-Sphere-FREE.hdr, BuildingMarble-SkyDome-FREE.hdr, BuildingMarble-Sphere-FREE.hdr) must be accompanied by the following caption: "Created using HDRI data courtesy of HDRIMaps www.HDRIMaps.com from the LightWorks HDRI Starter Collection www.lightworkdesign.com". All images or works created using the Realtexture HDRI files (empty_kitchen2.hdr, empty_kitchen2_half.hdr, empty_kitchen2_pano.hdr, empty_kitchen2_pano_half.hdr, house_outside.hdr, house_outside_half.hdr, house_outside_pano.hdr, house_outside_pano_half.hdr, paris11.hdr, paris11_half.hdr, paris11_pano.hdr, paris11_pano_half.hdr, paris3.hdr, paris3_half.hdr, paris3_pano.hdr, paris3_pano_half.hdr, pillnitz_park2.hdr, pillnitz_park2_half.hdr, pillnitz_park2_pano.hdr, pillnitz_park2_pano_half.hdr, empty_kitchen2_half_VC.hdr, house_outside_pano_half_VC.hdr, paris11_half_VC.hdr, paris3_half_VC.hdr, pillnitz_park2_VC.hdr) must be accompanied by the following caption: "Created using HDRI data courtesy of Industry Graphics www.realtexture.com from the LightWorks HDRI Starter Collection www.lightworkdesign.com". All images or works created using the Sachform Technology HDRI files (harbour1_color.hdr, hdri-06_color.hdr, hdri-20_color.hdr, hdri-25_color.hdr, lobby2_color.hdr, hdri-06_VC.hdr, hdri-20_VC.hdr, hdri-25_VC.hdr, lobby2_VC.hdr) must be accompanied by the following caption: "Created using HDRI data courtesy of Sachform Technology GbR www.sachform.de from the LightWorks HDRI Starter Collection www.lightworkdesign.com". 3. Redistribution The User shall be entitled to redistribute the Software to another person, company or entity providing that the Software remains in its original form and that the Software is redistributed in its entirety as listed in Schedule A. The User is specifically not entitled to rent, lease, lend, sell or sub-license the Software or to redistribute the Software for financial gain. 4. Copyright The Software contains confidential and proprietary information of LWD or its licensors or partners. All confidential and proprietary information, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the Software are the exclusive property of LWD or its licensors or partners that have authorised LWD to distribute their intellectual property. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 5. Disclaimer of Warranty All express or implied representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Neither LWD nor its licensors or partners warrant that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. 6. Limitation of Liability In no event will LWD or its licensors or partners be liable for any lost revenue, profit, or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages however caused. 7. Termination This SLA may be terminated by written notice from LWD, or automatically without notice from LWD if the User fails to comply with any Clause or provision contained in the SLA. Immediately upon termination, the User shall cease using the Software in any form and destroy the Software in their possession. Upon termination of the SLA, LWD shall have no further obligation whatsoever to the User. 8. Governing Law This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. 9. Enforceability If any part of this SLA is found void and unenforceable, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this agreement. HDRI Software License Agreement

All images or works created using the HDRIMaps HDRI files (CarWash-SkyDome-FREE.hdr, CarWash-Sphere-FREE.hdr, BuildingMarble-SkyDome-FREE.hdr, BuildingMarble-Sphere-FREE.hdr) must be accompanied by the following caption:

"Created using HDRI data courtesy of HDRIMaps www.HDRIMaps.com from the LightWorks HDRI Starter Collection www.lightworkdesign.com".

All images or works created using the Realtexture HDRI files (empty_kitchen2.hdr, empty_kitchen2_half.hdr, empty_kitchen2_pano.hdr, empty_kitchen2_pano_half.hdr, house_outside.hdr, house_outside_half.hdr, house_outside_pano.hdr, house_outside_pano_half.hdr, paris11.hdr, paris11_half.hdr, paris11_pano.hdr, paris11_pano_half.hdr, paris3.hdr, paris3_half.hdr, paris3_pano.hdr, paris3_pano_half.hdr, pillnitz_park2.hdr, pillnitz_park2_half.hdr, pillnitz_park2_pano.hdr, pillnitz_park2_pano_half.hdr, empty_kitchen2_half_VC.hdr, house_outside_pano_half_VC.hdr, paris11_half_VC.hdr, paris3_half_VC.hdr, pillnitz_park2_VC.hdr) must be accompanied by the following caption:

All images or works created using the Sachform Technology HDRI files (harbour1_color.hdr, hdri-06_color.hdr, hdri-20_color.hdr, hdri-25_color.hdr, lobby2_color.hdr, hdri-06_VC.hdr, hdri-20_VC.hdr, hdri-25_VC.hdr, lobby2_VC.hdr) must be accompanied by the following caption:

"Created using HDRI data courtesy of Sachform Technology GbR www.sachform.de from the LightWorks HDRI Starter Collection www.lightworkdesign.com".

3. Redistribution
